What is TAILOR & CONNECT?

TAILOR and CONNECT is a prospective stroke recovery and rehabilitation study being conducted in the community, across 3 sites nationally in Australia.

Survivors of stroke and their families and support group are invited to be part of this innovative program of research to deliver best-practice, personalised rehabilitation.

Bursts of therapy are delivered at time of need in the community and personalised for the individual and their chosen activities.

Access to effective therapies is provided remotely (via telerehabilitation) so the person can regain function and return to the activities they need and want to do, at the point of need in his/her own home and community.
